Killer Queen Shawl Kit
A beautiful kit to create Mary Annarella’s (Lyrical Knits) Killer Queen Shawl. A companion piece for the Killer Queen Cowl, the shawl version is great for anyone wanting extra coverage and coziness.
The same slip stitch patterning makes the colour work easy. You only ever use one strand of yarn in a row, so there’s no stranding.
A stunning stitch pattern for this beautiful asymmetrical triangular shawl.
Pattern Suggests;
Approx. 635yds of DK/Light Worsted weight yarn for the MC
Approx. 470yds of DK/Light Worsted weight yarn for the CC
32” 4mm/US6 circular knitting needle
Kit Includes;
* 3 Skeins of Malabrigo Rios (MC) - 630yds total
* 2 Skeins of Malabrigo Rios (CC) - 420yds total
NOTE
Although the yardage of the yarn included in kit is less than the patterns suggested yardage, we were successful in completing the Shoppe sample using 5 skeins. We modified the pattern to include a i-cord edge in place of the garter edge, allowing us to conceal the yarn being carried up the side.
